The Supreme Court gave this ruling on Wednesday while hearing a petition seeking SIT investigation. Chief Justice SA Bowde said that we know that the Telangana High Court is already looking into this matter.

हैदराबाद एनकाउंटर केस की सुप्रीम कोर्ट के रिटायर जज जांच करेंगे. एसआईटी जांच की मांग वाली याचिका पर सुनवाई करते हुए सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने बुधवार को ये फैसला सुनाया. चीफ जस्टिस एसए बोवडे ने कहा कि हम जानते हैं कि तेलंगाना हाई कोर्ट पहले ही इस मामले को देख रहा है.
