RISO SALTATO AI CINQUE COLORI
INGREDIENTS
(Doses for 4 people)
4 bowls of rice (cooked the day before), 100 g of pork, 50 g of ham
3 scented Chinese mushrooms, 100 g shelled shrimp, one leek, 2 eggs, a pinch of salt
a pinch of monosodium glutamate, 7 tablespoons of oil, 2 tablespoons of peas
2 tablespoons soy sauce, a pinch of pepper, half a teaspoon of salt
PREPARATION:
Soak the Chinese mushrooms in water, remove the stems and cut the hats into 5 or 6 mm cubes
Cut ham and pork in the same way
Chop the leek and cut the prawns into 5 mm thick rings
Beat the eggs, season with salt and glutamate, heat a tablespoon of oil in the wok
Pour in the eggs and cook them, stirring to get scrambled eggs

Heat always in the wok 2 tablespoons of oil, add the mushrooms
