Police in Culver City, California set up outside of a Target supermarket to give back to the community on Tuesday (December 10).
"Children in Santa Helpers hats go through a line and receive donuts and a gift bag! Then they go into Target with their designated officer who walks around with them to pick out gifts, it was so heartwarming," said the filmer.
