Bizarre hammer-headed worm creature filmed in Vietnam

A strange worm-like animal with a hammer-shaped head appeared in a man's yard in southern Vietnam.
According to the man, from Buon Ma Thuot, he accidentally discovered the animal crawling in his yard on October 31. He thought it was a snake, but when he approached he was startled to see its hammer-shaped head.
The animal has moved very slowly. It was about a meter long and was trying to move out of the yard. Having never seen this kind of creature before, the man didn't want to touch it and left it to slowly crawl away.
The strange animal crawled out of his yard and disappeared shortly after.
