Shots were fired on London Bridge today (November 29) in what is being treated "as if it is terror-related”.
Footage from Borough High Street shows members of the public fleeing the scene after authorities locked the area down.
The filmer told Newsflare: "I[I felt] absolute shock, definitely my initial reaction.
"It's one thing to read about this stuff, it's another to experience it live."
They later said: "I'm okay now, my friend screamed a bit.
"Everyone was nervous, I suppose. It is a bit nerve-wracking."
