Freezing start to day, do bundle up

Good morning. Seoul is seeing its lowest temperatures of the season so far this morning. Right now the thermometer is pointing at minus 3.7 degrees Celsius... you will need your winter gear to keep you warm. We'll have to wait until tomorrow afternoon until mild westerly winds blow in boosting the temperatures. So stay warm for one more day.
A cold wave advisory has been lifted but now a dry weather advisory is in effect for parts of Gangwon-do Province. Hikers planning to head to mountainous regions in Gangwon-do Province will need to be extra careful when handling fire.
Morning lows will dip a bit further as the morning arrives, Daegu starts at the freezing mark this morning.
Highs will go slightly higher than yesterday for upper regions. Busan and Jeju will get up to 12 degrees. Do stay bundled up.
Mostly sunny skies and mild temperatures will dominate through Saturday then on Sunday we are expecting nationwide showers.
