Movement of radioactive material suspected at N. Korea nuclear complex: U.S. thinktank

Recent satellite imagery shows four specialized railcars at North Korea's Yongbyon nuclear complex, raising speculation that the regime is transporting radioactive materials.
According to U.S. thinktank CSIS on Thursday, the railcars were spotted on images from November 1st to 9th the first time they have been seen in seven months.
The report said it is unclear whether the vehicles were actually carrying radioactive materials or equipment,... and whether the North is trying to gain political leverage amid the stalled denuclearization talks with the U.S. or whether it is actually performing nuclear activities.
Regardless of the details, the report claims it is important that work is happening at the North's nuclear facilities.
