South Korea and Russia have agreed to designate both 2020 and 2021 as special years for cultural exchange.
The two governments signed an MOU on Saturday at the Saint Petersburg International Cultural Forum,... held in Russia's second-largest city.
During those two years, the two countries are expected to hold a diverse array of cultural events and exchanges... including performances and art exhibitions.
2020 marks the 30-year anniversary of diplomatic ties between the South Korea and Russia.
