Spain's Socialists win election but fall short of outright majority

Prime Minister Pedro Sanchez's Socialists won the greatest number of seats in Sunday's election, but fell short of a majority.

The conservative Popular Party (PP) came in second, and far-right Vox more than doubled its seats.
