White House Receives Cease-and-Desist
From Whistleblower's Lawyer The whistleblower in the White House's
Ukraine scandal is trying to stop
Trump's attacks against them. Andrew Bakaj, a lawyer for the
whistleblower, sent a cease-and-desist
letter to President Trump's lawyer. Trump has been attacking the whistleblower since they released a report alleging a quid pro quo arrangement was made with Ukraine. In the letter, Bakaj wrote that Trump is
"engaging in rhetoric and activity"
that puts their client "in physical danger." Bakaj also threatened legal action
"should anyone be physically harmed."
