Policeman Tackles Guy Banging His Hands on Bus's Window

This guy was trying to get his friend's attention, who was inside the bus by drumming his hands on the glass window. He was trying to have a conversation with them through the window, when a policeman came running and tackled him, moving him away from the vehicle.
