At the summit, the 27-year-old
says she "wouldn't change
the direction of her life.".

What I see in the mirror (is) someone that’s overcome a lot. I’ve been through a lot and I genuinely see a fighter, Demi Lovato, via Teen Vogue Summit.
I don’t see a championship winner in there, but I see a fighter and someone who is going to continue to fight no matter (what) challenges are thrown their way, Demi Lovato, via Teen Vogue Summit.
Lovato also discussed her
progress with body acceptance
throughout the year.
