Stephen Curry out for 3 Months
Following Left Hand Injury.
On Oct. 30, Curry broke the
second metacarpal in his left hand. .
The injury occurred during the Golden State
Warriors game against the Phoenix Suns. .
According to a statement released
by the Warriors, Curry successfully
underwent hand surgery on Nov. 1.
He will now be unable
to play for at least the
next three months.
with a longer absence dependent
upon his needed recovery time.
Curry will miss 44 games, which
is the most missed since his 2011-
2012 season, when ankle injuries
caused him to play only 26 games.
Averaging 20.3 points per game,
Curry’s absence is just another
blow to the Warriors.
The team has also already lost Kevin Durant
and Klay Thompson this season.
