Halifax Workman (unintentionally) Incites Mass Hysteria ? lol

Halifax N.S. Oct 26 2019 - A Halifax worker was at work working one day when he was secretly filmed by a stealth filmer, ( must have had a lot of spare time on their hands), who then produced the film without knowledge, permission or consent. of the Halifax worker ? The stealth filmer then played his film on the internet for all the world to see ? The short clip showed the unsuspecting protagonist toss his empty Tim Horton's coffee cup into a 6-foot deep trench that was being filled on a private site ?
When published on the internet, the video went viral on Social media sites such as Halifaxnoise and HalifaxToday ? Many of their readers became angry when seeing this story and they went into attack mode against the Halifax workman ? Halifax Water Commission Senior Management heard about the video and heard about the way people were reacting and immediately reacted by issuing promises of disciplinary and retaliatory action against the Halifax worker ; And, that evening on the ATV News,, Steve Murphy seemed very concerned when he aired the story with a theme of ' Provincial Littering Epidemic ' ,, and,, law-breaking citizens out there that just don't care ?
And so, as a result of something relatively innocent, a Halifax workman (and his livelihood) are now being shown all over the internet and on the evening ATV news ? Senior management at Halifax Regional Water Commission have now publicly stated that they will be taking disciplinary against the Halifax worker, and ordering worker re-education rehabilitation training on the Halifax workman as well as his co-workers ? The workers Union,, Cupe 227 Brother and Sisterhood of Unionized Workers must think about finding new ways to protect their members including a full review of the Workers Constitutional and Chartered rights as they perform job duties on Company time ? The coffee cup incident could also open the door to some legal action : 1.) against the maker of the video who filmed and published without permission, 2.) against the media groups who played it without permission, and, 3.) against ATV and Bell media networks who used and sensationalized the video without the workers permission ? This coffee cup incident could now also constitute bringing in the the local policing authorities to protect against : the Invasion of privacy, causing nuisance, causing harmful mischief, violating safe workplace practices, and, the harassing of Halifax workers while they are performing job duties on private sites during working hours ?
So much exposure and turmoil from a workman while working safely at his daily job happens to toss an empty Tim Hortons 100% compostable coffee cup into a 6 ft deep trench that is being filled on a private site ?
And people wonder why the problem of mental illness has hit epidemic proportions in the City of Halifax ????
