IEBC dismisses incitement to violence case filed by Jubilee's Mariga

The Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission has dismissed an incitement to violence case filed by Jubilee candidate in the Kibra constituency by-election Mcdonald Mariga against his ODM opponent Imran Okoth and the party. IEBC chair Wafula Chebukati ruled that the complainant did not follow the right procedure as pertains statements by him and his witnesses under oath. He however gave Mariga the opportunity to file the complaint afresh by Tuesday next week.
