Protesters demonstrate at David Cameron book signing in Cheltenham

Around 100 protesters demonstrated against David Cameron’s appearance at Cheltenham Literature Festival today (Saturday).

The protest, organised by anti-Brexit campaigners Cheltenham For Europe, took place at the Racecourse, where the former UK prime minister was promoting and signing copies of his new book. It was one of only two public appearances on David Cameron’s promotional book tour. The other is in London tomorrow (Sunday).
