Hong Kong police arrest masked man after protesters defy mask ban

Hong Kong police officers -- many of whom had their faces covered and were not wearing identification numbers -- are seen handcuffing one man who was wearing a mask in the commercial district of Central, after masked pro-democracy protesters marched through the city in defiance of a ban on face coverings. Two others -- a young man and a woman -- were detained and questioned, but appeared to be released.
