Have invested in making the customers' experience "awesome", says Amazon India

Amazon India announces the Great Indian Festival as it kicks off, Amazon Festive Yatra across 13 cities. Amazon's biggest festive sale in India will be held from September 29 to October 4 and Amazon prime members will get an exclusive access to special deals and discounts a day ahead of the deal. CNBC-TV18's Megha Vishwanath caught up with the vice president of category management Manish Tiwary to know what else is in store for customers in this festival.
