Holocaust survivor Marko Feingold dies aged 106

Holocaust survivor and leader of Salzburg's Jewish community Marko Feingold dies at the age of 106 according to Austria's APA news agency. Born in 1913, in what is today Slovakia, Feingold grew up in Vienna and fled the Nazi annexation of 1938 before being arrested in Prague in 1939. Feingold survived Auschwitz and other Nazi camps until the liberation in 1945 and would give talks and teach in conferences, spreading warning against anti-semitism and discrimination.
