Cricketer-turned-politician Gautam Gambhir on Thursday stated that India captain Virat Kohli is able to efficiently lead the Indian cricket team as he has players like Rohit Sharma and MS Dhoni with him in the squad. He further added that the efficiency of one’s captaincy is actually put to test when you lead a franchise in the IPL.Still a long way to go for him. Kohli was very good in the last World Cup but he has a long way to go. He captains so well in international cricket because he has got Rohit Sharma, he had MS Dhoni for a long time.

क्रिकेटर से राजनेता बने गौतम गंभीर ने एक बार फिर से विराट कोहली की कप्तानी क्षमता पर सवाल उठाए हैं। गंभीर ने कहा कि भारतीय टीम के कप्तान के तौर पर कोहली की सफलता का श्रेय इस बात को जाता है कि उनके पास रोहित शर्मा और एमएस धोनी जैसे खिलाड़ी हैं।गंभीर ने साथ ही ये भी कहा कि किसी के कप्तानी की असली परीक्षा तब होती है जब आईपीएल में किसी फ्रेंचाइजी का नेतृत्व करते हैं।एक यूनिवर्सिटी के छात्रों से चर्चा के दौरान गंभीर ने पत्रकारों से कहा, 'अभी भी उन्हें (कोहली) काफी रास्ता तय करना है। पिछले वर्ल्ड कप में कोहली ने काफी अच्छा किया, लेकिन उन्हें अभी लंबा सफर तय करना है।
