Tram Anh was born female but has made the transition to living as a male. When night falls, he transforms into another identity – Prinz Illusion – to perform in a drag show in Ho Chi Minh City.  Tram Anh said he wants to raise awareness about the LGBT community in Vietnam through his performance art, but living life on his terms in a country where many people remain very conservative creates a mountain of challenges for him to must tackle.
