दिल्ली की स्पेशल कोर्ट ने CBI की कड़ी आलोचना करते हुए भेदभावपूर्ण व्यवहार करने का आरोप लगाया है। एयरसेल-मैक्सिस केस में पी. चिंदबरम की अग्रिम ज़मानत पर सुनवाई करते हुए जज ओ. पी. सैनी ने कहा कि सीबीआई एक जैसे ही मामले में अलग-अलग अभियुक्तों के साथ अलग-अलग व्यवहार करती है। इस तरह का रवैया संविधान का उल्लंघन है।
