Dorian's first wave is over, but more is yet to come

The main problem that Hurricane Dorian brought to Frisco, North Carolina, wasn't the rain, but the storm surge. On Thursday, Sept. 5, high storm surge levels and rain left the roads within Frisco partially flooded. Storm surge levels are expected to be worse on Sept. 6.
