Poe: DAP recipients should reveal how funds were spent

Senator Grace Poe urged Budget Secretary Butch Abad to require senators who received funds from the Disbursement Acceleration Program (DAP) to submit a detailed report of projects which benefited from the program. Poe said this will help determine if any of the funds were misused. She added her colleagues who were recipients of the DAP funds should have conducted due diligence before allocating the money.
