SC's technical dismissal of same-sex marriage has no precedent – Bersamin

The fight for same-sex marriage in the Philippines is still alive as Chief Justice Lucas Bersamin explained that that the unanimous ruling only dismissed the petition on the ground of lack of legal standing. It has no precedent on the constitutional issues of same-sex marriage, Bersamin said.
