MIX WELL

1 TSP BAKING POWDER
SIEVE
¾ CUP POWDER SUGAR
1 TSP VANILLA EXTRACT
MIX WELL
TAKE A MOLD & BRUSH SOME OIL
PLACE A BAKING PAPER
POUR THE BATTER
SPREAD EVENLY
COVER THE MOLD WITH A FOIL
TAKE A TAWA & PRE HEAT FOR 5 MIN.
PLACE THE MOLD ON TAWA
COOK IN LOW MEDIUM HEAT FOR 20-25 MIN.
CAKE IS READY
DUST COCOA ON BAKING PAPER
REMOVE THE CAKE FROM MOLD
ROLL THE CAKE, IT’S STILL WARM
NOW KEEP FOR COOL COMPLETELY
1 CUP WHIPPING CREAM
BEAT UNTIL STIFF PEAKS
MAKE SOME CHOCOLATE SHAVING
UNWRAP THE CAKE
CHERRY JAM
WHIPPED CREAM
SPREAD EVENLY
ROLL THE CAKE
COVER WITH WHIPPED CREAM
SPREAD CHOCOLATE SHAVING

CUT THE CORNERS
