Flowers and tributes laid out in Watford for murdered man

Flowers have been left by family and friends and good wishers today (September 3) just opposite the scene of car crash and death in Watford.

Two men have been charged with the murder of Luke O'Connell and today appeared at Hatfield Remand Court.

The incident happened on Saturday (August 31) after police received reports of a car crash and a fight taking place.

Police discovered O'Connell injured with serious stab wounds at around 3 am and rushed him to hospital where he died.
