Newly opened section of TPLEx to cut travel time to Baguio

Another portion of the Tarlac-Pangasinan-La Union Expressway (TPLEx) opens today. The new section is 26 kilometers long and stretches from Paniqui, Tarlac all the way to Carmen, Pangasinan. The new section is expected to cut travel time for those going to Baguio by around an hour and a half. - Mornings@ANC, 16 April 2014
