MANILA -- Teen heartthrob Daniel Padilla serenaded Kathryn Bernardo during the young actress’ 18th birthday celebration last Saturday. The “Got to Believe” actor sang The Beatles’ “Til There Was You” as he and Bernardo shared the stage together. While they have yet to confirm if they are already a couple, Padilla and Bernardo have been vocal about their special feelings for each other.
