Cold weather in Benguet pushes flower prices up

Valentine's Day is just a day away, that means florists are flourishing and wallets withering. In the country's famous Dangwa market, prices have nearly doubled not just because of warm hearts, but because of cold weather in Benguet. From P250, a dozen roses now costs P500 to P700.
