WATCH: Lose weight without using gym equipment

MANILA -- For the first time in the history of "The Biggest Loser" franchise, the contestants in the ongoing "The Biggest Loser Pinoy Edition Doubles" will prove that weight loss is possible without using gym equipment. "Papatunayan nating mga Pinoy sa buong mundo na kahit walang mamahalaing gym equipment ay kaya nating mag-ehersisyo at magpapayat," host Iza Calzado told the show's contestants. To help the contestants achieve their weight goals, husband and wife Jim and Toni Saret will guide them through their journey. For their first challenge, Coach Jim introduced what he called the "tabata" exercise. "Ang bagong method sa pagti-train sa pagpapayat, actually ginagamit natin ngayon ang sariling katawan kasi ang daming tao ay buhay ng buhay pero pagdating sa sarili nilang katawan di nila mabuhat.
