Grieving mom seeks justice for son killed in NAIA

Mary Ann Lirazan is asking the government to ramp up efforts in catching the men responsible for the shooting death of her 18-month-old son, Phil Thomas, last Friday at the Ninoy Aquino International Airport (NAIA) Terminal 3. Speaking to ANC Headstart, Lirazan said she is mad at the man who shot her son during the ambush of Labangan, Zamboanga del Sur Mayor Ocol Talumpa. Aside from Talumpa and the toddler, the mayor's wife and nephew also died in the ambush. "Ay nako. Hindi ko alam. Galit na galit ako sa bumaril sa amin. Ewan ko. Basta. Hindi ko alam kung ano ang ia-ano ko sa kanya," Lirazan said, crying. "Iyun ang gusto ko, hustisya para sa anak ko. Inosente iyon eh. Walang alam. Diyos ko. Sana bigyan kami ng hutisya.
