MANILA - United Nations Secretary General Ban Ki-Moon is set to arrive in Manila Friday night. Ban's visit to the Philippines will take him to typhoon-hit Tacloban on Saturday where he will check on the relief and rehabilitation efforts. The UN through its agencies, UNICEF, the World Food Program, and the UN Development Program, has been assisting "Yolanda" survivors.
