Typhoon victims told: Boil drinking water to avoid E.coli bacteria

Health Undersecretary Janette Garin is urging typhoon victims in Tacloban City and other calamity areas to boil their drinking water. Garin said residents must also make sure they are getting water from clean sources and not from broken pipes. ANC Dateline Philippines, November 5, 2013
