WATCH: 2 men nabbed for attempting to seize bus, kiss passengers

Two drunk men were arrested after attempting to seize a passenger bus from its driver in Quezon City on Tuesday evening. Some passengers also complained that the suspects, identified as Darwin Sagayab and Jayson Cayat, tried to kiss them.
