NAIA operations back to normal

Normal operations resumed at the Ninoy Aquino International Airport this morning, after more than a hundred flights were cancelled from Tuesday to Thursday. The Civil Aviation Authority of the Philippines (CAAP) said Japanese technicians completed maintenance work on NAIA's radar system at around 6 a.m., Thursday. Mornings@ANC, October 24, 2013
