MANILA, Philippines – In Olongapo City, Typhoon Santi hardly caused damaged, but residents fear that the number of leptospirosis cases will rise even further. At least 10 people have already died from leptospirosis there, while the number of cases has risen to 534. Some city hospitals are offering free treatment.
