Zambo opens 30 evacuation sites for flood victims

MANILA -- Zamboanga City Mayor Beng Climaco said they had to open 30 evacuation sites for thousands of families displaced by floods. The floods are also causing a problem at the city's sports complex where evacuees from clashes between government troops and Moro National Liberation Front (MNLF) rebels are taking shelter.
