PNoy blasts GMA anew: P1 trillion lost in 10 years

MANILA - President Aquino lambasted the Arroyo administration for taking advantage of the national budget and discretionary funds for political purposes, saying that P836 billion or even more than a trillion pesos in funds may have been lost to corruption and remains unaccounted for.
