DSWD's target: Finish temporary shelters in Zambo before 2014

MANILA -- The Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) has begun identifying families whose homes were destroyed by the clashes in Zamboanga City. Social Welfare Secretary Dinky Soliman said affected families will be provided temporary shelters. She added government will continue to provide food, cash for work, and livelihood to the evacuees. Soliman said their target is for all displaced residents to leave evacuation centers before the year ends. ANC Dateline Philippines, October 1, 2013
