Gov't studies subway system for Metro Manila

The Aquino government is preparing a study to build a subway system underneath EDSA. Transportation Secretary Jun Abaya said the study will be financed by the Japan International Cooperation Agency. ANC Dateline Philippines, September 18, 2013
