Floyd, Canelo hold presser ahead of fight

MANILA, Philippines – Floyd Mayweather Jr. confidently declared himself the face of boxing at a news conference promoting his September 14 bout in Las Vegas. Mayweather said his ability to make adjustments in the ring will bring victory for him over Mexican sensation Saul “Canelo” Alvarez. The two men will go head-to-head for the WBA/WBC junior middleweight crown. During the press conference, Alvarez, who is quiet and soft-spoken, couldn’t appear more different than Mayweather in temperament.
