Raikkonen poised for Ferrari return

MANILA, Philippines – In Formula One, Kimi Raikkonen is set to join Fernando Alonso at Ferrari in 2014. The Finn has signed a two-year contract to return to Maranello. As Brazilian Felipe Massa announced he was leaving Ferrari at the end of the season, he opened the door for Raikkonen to return to the Formula One team that took him to the title in 2007. Raikkonen, who currently races for Lotus, said he is excited over his impending return to Ferrari, adding that he is looking forward to racing alongside Alonso, whom he considers a “great driver.” -- Mornings @ ANC, September 12, 2013
