MANILA - The death toll from the sea mishap in Cebu on Friday night has reached 52. Authorities were able to recover more bodies on Monday morning from the sunken ship MV St. Thomas Aquinas. There are 68 still missing. Bad weather and an oil spill have hampered divers from pursuing search operations, however. Divers on Sunday saw more bodies inside the passenger ship that sank following a collision with a cargo ship. ANC Dateline Philippines, August 19, 2013
