Amrapali Case: SC ने ED और Delhi Police को Audit Report सौंपने को कहा । वनइंडिया हिंदी

The Supreme Court on Monday directed that a forensic audit report be given to the Enforcement Directorate, Delhi Police and the Institute of Chartered Accountants in India (ICAI) for taking appropriate action against Amrapali directors and auditors for siphoning off over Rs 3,000 crore of home buyers' money.

आम्रपाली मामले में घर खरीदारों की याचिका पर सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने अहम आदेश जारी किया है. सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने प्रोजेक्ट पूरा करने के लिए एनबीसी को 7.16 करोड़ देने को कहा है. सुप्रीम कोर्ट की रजिस्ट्री को फंड जारी करना है. सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने फोरेंसिक ऑडिटरों को अपनी रिपोर्ट दिल्ली पुलिस, ईडी को देने के लिए कहा है.
