Merciless Driver Runs Over Dog; Case Filed Under Animal Cruelty
The footage shows the car, owned by a local Surabh Dukhande, running over a dog who happens to be sleeping on a street near a residential block.
The chilling video shows the dog writhing in pain after being run over by the car. Other street dogs are seen rushing to help the poor canine.
According to an eyewitness, Nanda Mahadik, Saurabh had recently told her that he would kill all the dogs in the neighbourhood because they keep urinating on his new car.
The dog has now been shifted to a specialist veterinary clinic where the vets are trying to feed him food and medicines.
