Morgan's Brooklyn Barbecue is a Texas-style BBQ joint that goes through hundreds of pounds of mac 'n' cheese every week. It has eight different varieties, including cheeseburger and buffalo chicken. We also tasted the Holy Trinity, which features three of its low and slow-cooked meats, as well as Frito pie.
