Korea's professional football governing body will file a lawsuit against the organizer of last month's exhibition match between the K-league All-Stars and Juventus.
The K League says marketing firm TheFasta failed to pay a penalty for breach of contract.
The contract reportedly stipulated that superstar Cristiano Ronaldo was to play at least 45 minutes.
But fans were furious when he stayed on the bench the entire match, citing muscle fatigue.
The game was also delayed by an hour because the Italian club was late.
