The Movie Channel is an American premium cable and satellite television network that is owned by the Showtime Networks subsidiary of CBS Corporation. The network's programming mainly features first-run theatrically released and independently produced motion pictures, along with soft-core adult erotica, and during promotional breaks between films, special behind-the-scenes features and movie trivia.
