Satrangi Kheer:
Ingredients:
Milk 1/2 liter
Colored vermicelli 1/4 cup
Sugar 5 tbsp
Cardamoms 3
Rose essence 1 tbsp
Dry fruits as required
Whole dried milk 2 tbsp
Edible silver leaf to ganish
Blended rice 1 tbsp
Method:
In milk add colored vermicelli, blended rice, sugar, cardamom and cook on low heat until kheer gets thick. Then add rose essence now garnish with dry fruits, edible silver leaf and whole dried milk then serve cold.
Zafrani Qorma:
Ingredients:
Mutton 1 kg
Onions (finely cut) 4 medium
Beaten yogurt 1-1/4 cup
Garlic paste 1 tbsp
Ginger paste 1 tbsp
Finely cut ginger 2 tbsp
Oil/ clarified butter 1 cup
Saffron essence 1 tsp
Qorma recipe mix 1 packet
Method:
Heats oil/clarified butter then add onions and fry till light golden then take out and crush them. In same oil/clarified butter add meat, garlic, ginger and cook on medium hat till light golden. Then add qorma recipe mix and yogurt and cook on low heat till meat gets tender. Now add crushed onion, saffron essence and cook for 5 minutes on low heat so that oil or clarified butter separates. Add finely cut ginger and serve.
